I certainly hope you are saying that you can’t be professional without using TDD. Also, I made the switch a few years ago from Esc to Ctrl + [ and never looked back. Good show, although RunPee is the most ridiculous app you guys have reviewed so far.

I’m certainly not saying that you aren’t a professional unless you do TDD, but I’m saying it is a sign of a professional.
I know I won’t be doing any new projects without TDD. It just makes changing so much easier and if you are a forgetful dolt like myself I would say it’s invaluable.

Hey guys, thanks for talking about RunPee. I was really hoping, and dreading, that you’d critique the design while you were at it. Needs work, don’t you think? Anyway, I’m on it.
I think you’ll like the method I’m going to employ to redesign the app. Although a good friend is begging me not to I’m leaning toward opening up the redesign to the public to submit proposals. I’ll then pick the ones I like the best and then let the users vote on which one to implement. The winner will get a couple thousand dollars cash reward. At least assuming I ever make some money off this site. What do you think?

By the way, I like your podcast. Nice and conversational. And you both have good delivery. Keep it up.

Haha that is a pretty bold plan! I’m sure your future design is to be yellow-riffic!
Thanks for the feedback!
